A preconception visit will help us identify how best to guide you on issues ranging from diet, and excercise to maintaining a healthy weight. If you are planning a pregnancy or think you may be pregnant please schedule an appointment to ensure that you receive the appropriate pre natal care. You will be helping your baby to have a healthy start in life and helping yourself to feel your best.
Your First Pre-Natal Visit - What To Expect
Your first pre-natal visit is likely to be an extended session where we spend time reviewing your personal and family health history. This visit will include a detailed health history, a physical exam, lab tests, calculation of your due date, and a schedule for your prenatal care. We will set up a schedule for periodic visits (usually between 10 and 16) over the course of your pregnancy.
